You mean I need a license to pew pew pew?!

There’s so much information out there. How do you know where to go and who or what to pay attention to? Short answer is to reference each individual state’s hunting and fishing or conservation sites.

The following information covers Missouri and Arkansas.

Please note that attending a Guns & Gals hunt with Bolled Flight Marketing, LLC., participants are required to have their Hunter’s Education Certification.


Missouri:

The state of Missouri requires all hunters obtain their Hunter’s Education Certification ($25). While waiting on licenses to arrive via mail, it is okay to reference the MOHunting App for a record of your licensing. Otherwise you should keep the physical copy with you at all times during the hunt.

Resident waterfowl hunters need the following permits:

  • Small Game Hunting or the equivalent Lifetime Conservation Partner permit ($10)

  • Migratory Bird Hunting Permit ($6)

  • Federal Duck Stamp ($25)

    • This must be signed across the face of the stamp.

Nonresident waterfowl hunters need the following permits:

  • Nonresident Annual Small Game Hunting Permit ($94) OR Nonresident Daily Small Game Permit ($14/day)

  • Migratory Bird Hunting Permit ($6)

  • Federal Duck Stamp ($25)

    • This must be signed across the face of the stamp.

Arkansas:

The state of Arkansas requires all hunters obtain their Hunter’s Education Certification ($25). While waiting on licenses to arrive via mail, it is okay to reference the AGFC App for record of your licensing. Otherwise you should keep the physical copy with you at all times during the hunt.

Resident waterfowl hunters need the following permits:

  • Resident Wildlife Conservation License (HNT) ($10.50)

  • Arkansas Waterfowl Stamp ($7)

  • Harvest Information Program (HIP) (free)

  • Federal Duck Stamp ($25)

    • This must be signed across the face of the stamp.

Nonresident waterfowl hunters need the following permits:

  • Nonresident Annual Small Game Hunting Permit ($110) OR Nonresident 5-Day Small Game Hunting License ($80)

  • Arkansas Nonresident Waterfowl Stamp ($50)

  • Harvest Information Program (HIP) (free)

  • Federal Duck Stamp ($29)

    • This must be signed across the face of the stamp.
